LACED AND LUSCIOUS WIGS GO THROUGH AN EXTENSIVE COLOURING/LIGHTENING PROCESS (AS WELL AS BLEACHING THE KNOTS) TO ACHIEVE OUR SIGNATURE COLOURS WHICH CAN CAUSE SHEDDING PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE CLOSURE SECTION OF THE WIGS. ALL OUR WIGS ARE HAND PAINTED USING PROFESSIONAL COLOUR (AFFINAGE PROFESSIONAL). COLOUR/STAINING TO THE LACE/CAP IS UNAVOIDABLE DUE TO NATURE OF THE COLOUR TECHNIQUES USED TO CREATE OUR DESIGNS. BY AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE YOU UNDERSTAND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON GROUNDS OF SHEDDING/DRY/COMPROMISED HAIR CONDITION OR CAP/LACE DISCOLOURATION FOR THIS REASON.

WHEN PURCHASING YOU ALSO AGREE TO HAVE READ OUR WIG CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND UNDERSTAND THE MAINTENANCE REQUIRED TO UPKEEP YOUR WIG. THIS INCLUDES YOUR WIG REQUIRING MAINTENANCE SERVICES FROM US EVERY 8-12 WEEKS

DO NOT SWIM IN YOUR WIG OR EXPOSE YOUR WIG TO SUNSCREEN. CHLORINE AND SUNSCREEN HAVE BEEN PROVEN TO CAUSE A CHEMICAL REACTION WITH HUMAN HAIR WIGS & EXTENSIONS. THE COLOUR CHANGED CAUSE BY THIS IS A CHEMICAL REACTION AND IS IRREVERSIBLE.

TO ENSURE YOU FIT OUR CAP SIZE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOUR HEAD AS PER OUR SIZE CHART ON OUR WEBSITE. THIS CHART IS A GUIDE AS ALL UNITS ARE INDIVDUALLY HANDMADE. PLEASE NOTE: MEASUREMENTS ARE IN INCHES IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU MEASURE YOUR HEAD ACCURATELY PRIOR TO ORDERING YOUR UNIT.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IN THE CASE THAT THE UNIT IS DEEMED FAULTY. LACED AND LUSCIOUS DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ALTER OR COLOUR ANY OF OUR UNITS.

IN THE UNLIKELY CASE THAT YOU DO RECEIVE A WIG WITH A FAULT WE ARE HAPPY TO REPAIR OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM TO EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE. PLEASE REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER CARE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE OR A FAULT PRIOR TO SENDING THE UNIT BACK SO THAT WE CAN ADVISE ON HOW TO RETURN THE UNIT TO US.

ALL RETURNS ARE INVESTIGATED BY A HAIR PROFESSIONAL AND IF THE RETURNED UNIT HAS BEEN ALTERED IN ANYWAY I.E. THE UNIT HAS BEEN GIVEN BLEACH KNOTS, LACE TINTED, LACE CUT, TRIMMED, PLUCKED, OR COLOURED. LACED AND LUSCIOUS CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE UNIT AND IF WE RECEIVE A UNIT THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED WE WILL RETURN THE PRODUCT TO YOU.

IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH YOUR UNIT YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS;

YOU MUST CONTACT LACED AND LUSCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.

THE FAULT MUST NOT FIT THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE ABOVE THAT ARE FACTORS/OUTCOMES OF THE GENERAL WIG MAKING PROCESS

THE UNIT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNCUT OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNED UNITS THAT HAVE HAD THE LACE CUT OR BEEN WORN. PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON THE UNIT AND DO NOT CUT THE LACE.

A PHOTOGRAPH DETAILING THAT THE UNIT IS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE LACE WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE A RETURN IS PERMITTED, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS WILL RESULT IN THE UNIT BEING RETURNED TO YOU. RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. IF YOUR UNIT IS FAULTY WE WILL ADVISE YOU HOW TO RETURN THE UNIT TO US.

REFUNDS (ONLY ISSUED IF A UNIT IS FAULTY) WILL BE ISSUED BACK VIA YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION MAY NEED UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS THE FUNDS BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
